If you're wondering whether it can wait until morning, call and ask. That's what we're here for. These almost always mean call now:

  • Water spraying, pouring or dripping through a ceiling that you can't stop
  • A burst or frozen pipe, or no water at all
  • Sewage backing up into a tub, shower or floor drain
  • A water heater leaking from the tank itself
  • No hot water with small children or someone who needs it for health reasons
  • A sump pump that has stopped with water rising in the basement
