Payment is due when the work is done. Your plumber takes payment on the spot, and you'll get an itemized invoice for your records.

When the job is finished and you've seen that everything works, your plumber goes over the invoice with you and takes payment right there.

Your invoice lists the work done, the parts used and the warranty that applies.
We email a copy so you have it for your records, your landlord or your insurance company.
For larger installations, we'll go over the payment schedule with you when you approve the quote.
