What to expect when we arrive

Your plumber will call ahead, cover their shoes, protect your floors, explain what they find and give you the price before any work starts.

We know it's your home. Here's how every visit goes, whether it's a dripping faucet or a new water heater.

Shoe covers go on at the door, every time.
  1. We call or text when we're on the way.
  2. Your plumber introduces themselves, puts on shoe covers and lays drop cloths where they'll be working.
  3. They look the problem over, ask a few questions, and explain what they found in plain words.
  4. You get your options and the price before any work starts. Nothing happens until you say yes.
  5. When the job is done, we clean up, test everything with you, and show you what we fixed.

Questions during the visit are always welcome. If you want to watch, watch. If you'd rather get on with your day, we'll come find you before anything changes.
